+ A brief yet insightful course on stress awareness and how to recognise and reduce stress. + The presenter was engaging and paired with good information and useful graphics, made for an easy watch and overall good experience.
I was aware of most of the information contained in the course, but found it encouraging that employers are now actively engaged in a remedy to increasingly harmful situations.
