I found this course easy to follow as it's divided in short and easy slides. The speaker was clear and the drawings in the background are catchy. At any point you know where you are and what to expect next as it tells you while doing it.

The learning element of the course is refreshing and the test is very concise and a true reflection of the topic studied. I would very much recommend this stress awareness and management training to employees and people in working jobs so the awareness is there for everyone to see.
Excellent content. Easy to understand, and thought provoking!
Informative and with some great analogies. Useful distressing tips. Although I wonder if a reminder of the distressing tips might be given outside of the test especially the add on sections as people might want to prioritise and get the test out of the way.
I was surprised that some of the content for a topic I thought was familiar with was actually new and enlightening. The idea of boredom causing stress really struck a chord with me, and is a good reminder to keep myself engaged. The video format was entertaining, and the language was simple enough that it wasn't a slog, but not so simple as to be patronising. A good course all around.
Really good to state what we often do not see for our selves. Some excellent humour included; laughter is an excellent drug.
