Crucial vital important

The course takes you on a whistle top tour of the human body and brain under stress. You’ll learn to recognise the signs and symptoms both physiologically and psychologically and helpful tricks and tips to prevent and manage stress in the workplace and at home. You will build a toolkit personal to you so when stress hits you can recognise it and deal with it better. Another great course!

seems logical but we don't always apply

Most of the information seems logical and common sense. We are all aware of most of these things. However, in practise, most human beings allow other factors to influence their own ability to master their own destiny by using some basic, simple techniques : Sometimes, these types of reminder exercises trigger those thought processes again.
