I really like the ideas about different ways that you can relieve stress and am going to try some of these out personally. It was also interesting to find out that boredom in your job or life can also contribute to stress aswell as I would never have thought that it could

Enjoyed this course also. Have used the breathing belly myself and in my PSHE lessons, an excellent way to calm oneself and help others to calm down too. Thank you.

Very thorough

It reassures you that your employer has responsibilities, how to find self help or outside help if you suffer from stress and NOT to internalise it if you start feeling stress is affecting your well being inside and/or outside your place of work. There is a great danger of double standards or fear of an employee expressing to senior management, especially the more senior one is, for fear one might be perceived as being 'flaky' and not up to the job, when in actual fact the demands placed on the employer are too great. The work/life balance topic.
