Great course

Very good style to make a difficult subject understandable and I think people would relate well to it.

Very Useful

A interesting and useful presentation/course on the importance of identifying stress and understanding stress at its core. The course used a variety of helpful analogies e.g. 'the little boat and the human balloon' to explain how stress is built up during the course of the day and how we can become aware of it. Furthermore the stress awareness posters including acronyms such as PIP and the 4 D's are useful ways of preventing stress by simply 'pausing, identifying and prioritising'.

Very good contents

One Star lost because: 1. The audio and video are out of sync. 2. Gender stereotyping - The only female actor in 3 training courses has "emotional problems"

question 7 is gramatically wrong

The question is a "complete the sentence" style question, however the correct answer does not fit, which is misleading. How could the correct answer, not fit the question?1) it doesn't 2) it does 3) pineapplesthanks
