Clear, concise, good tips

A number of coping strategies are included. The presenter makes it very clear that suffering from stress is common and there is no stigma attached to admitting how you feel

Simple, easy to follow, effective

The course reminded me of the simple things I can do to manage stress which I probably already knew but had forgotten. It was good that it was broken down into short video clips with a test at the end to keep interest.

I am enjoy it

English is not my primary language But I'm fun and happy to listen, read and take tests in English It is a challenging test. Which must be read and translated for yourself to understand before answering the question Although in the study there are helpers who translate into their own language. But it doesn't have my language. If I want to be good at English I must not use it or google translate. *-*
