Easy to follow

Probably my bandwidth but the video only played a few seconds before freezing on each slide, but the text below enabled me to read, learn and complete the test at the end

This was a well laid out, simple to understand course which gave me plenty of food for thought especially given the situation we are currently in with COVID

Great course

Most people suffer from stress in there lives at some stage and as you get older you learn how to cope and take control of the situation and take time to assess the problem and some times things are beyond your control and you just cant do anything but except it part of life. The course is very good and there are a lot of tips to help with tress and there is the other alternative by talking to some one and sharing the problem makes life a lot easier.

I think the course was very informative and pointed out that stress can come from different sources and effects different people in different ways. It is always good to try and put yourself in someone else's shoes before jumping to conclusions. maybe they aren't built like you and can't cope as easily or vice versa.

Good

It made me become more aware of my mental health and wellbeing. Good food, sleep and exercises are part of good balance of healthy living and can reduce some form of stress. I will take on the breathing exercises.
