Really comprehensive and engaging

Really comprehensive and engaging. Possible opportunity to break it up a little as 34 mins is a longish session.

Very well presented and easy to follow

The presenter is extremely good in his role and the video of the stressed worker becoming 'stressed' re photocopier was a hoot! It definitely raised some good tips for me to follow in my work place and at home, especially the tools to cope. I must follow the PIP procedure (pause, identify and prioritise). Thank you!

Covered a really important subject well

Simple, clear analogies and good ideas about how to manage stress made this session really useful. Some elements seemed a bit idealistic/unrealistic but overall the content was very good. I shall encourage my team to do the same module.

Very good

very good - enlightening, really made me aware of the signs to look for.

Health related links

Slightly confused over the links to cancer according to Cancer research website. Being stressed doesn't increase the risk of cancer. If you were to have an employee that was quite concerned about their health generally this training module is anxiety provoking. However I thought the use of the boat in a storm and balloon analogy were very good.

Very enjoyable course

I really enjoyed the course. It gave me a really good insight into how stress can effect you physically and emotionally particularly when you are under pressure with work. Also the importance of telling you manager so that they can support you.
