It could have been much better

I thought the course had a few good ideas about how to manage stress, but I thought it was over simplified and a little condescending. I think most people would already know much of the information it contained, and that the questions at the end were very obvious.

Video too long for info given

Some questions ambiguous. Took far too long to make basic obvious points. Video module for this topic not appropriate as I could have read a document with the same information in a fraction of the time.

Great overview of stress management

This is a great course at making you aware of all the things that might cause stress, how to recognise it, and how to manage it. It's not my first time reading/learning about stress, but I still found it useful. I'd recommend everyone to take it, even if only for the ability to recognise stress within yourself and others.
