A good introduction into the causes of stress and how to manage.
Covered the key considerations, using video clips and diagrams to illustrate the key content. Useful learning, tocuhing on mindfulness and techniques to reduce stress and promote mental/physical wellbeing,
The descriptions of stress, its causes and remedies were very helpful and should improve personal mindset and physical well-being in these particularly difficult times when, as a result of coronavirus-induced homeworking, it is easy to feel isolated.
Made one reflect on what they already know but didn't know they knew until prompted by the training. Awareness now raised
The video explaining the training is lengthy and the test in the end should be condensed to 10.
This is helpful because it is realistic about the causes of stress and encourages you to find help when stressed and suggests ways to reduce stress. It is good that it recognizes that we all get stressed from time to time and we all need ways to reduce that stress.
