Hadn't considered boredom to be a cause of stress, this course was helpful to identify ways to calm when feelings of pressure start to rise and how it helps to reduce stress
Good introduction and I think the additional activities and questionnaires to determine own stress levels are a good thing. The suggested tips and materials referenced were very good. It did identify that some recent poorly thought-out management decisions have been at the root of a number of the stress 'waves' that have been coming in.
Great course with great balance of audio, supporting visuals, lovely scenarios/examples and some really easy strategies to help manage stress. Really enjoyed it and it has encouraged me to ask for help and take responsibility for managing my own stress levels.
I found this really interesting and easy to understand. I have downloaded the toolkit to share with the rest of the team.

Exactly what’s needed for anyone feeling stressed or under pressure
A well paced and explained course giving the options to go back and review if need to.
I really enjoyed this course and found it very useful
This is so important, after a pandemic especially.
I thought the best bit was the video of the person punching the manager - my LM is fine but it would be so much better if we could do this with some managers. The bit where the bloke loses his rag with computer was also excellent because that is true to real life. Almost all the stesses at work are because of IT that is naff or just doesn't work. Indeed even in ihasco presentation one of the slide kept stopping every 10 seconds or so and there was a spinning wheel thing on the page. But hey my employer ordered me to do it so I did. There is another stress - getting all these emails about ihasco courses we have got to do.
