i knew a lot of the things to do and regularly use well being and acoustic therapy and my hobbies to de-stress , and i try to advise others to take time out.. and ask for help/guidance/assistance

Strong, clear message

This course was well structured and very clearly presented. The various elements were covered in a way that didn’t patronise or browbeat me. I appreciated the film sections. The balloon analogy works up to a point but is literally stretched too far!

It is a very complete course.

It is useful to identify some stress signals which you avoid or ignore because of you have a lot to do or you deny that it can happen to you.Very useful training and tools to improve or knowledge regarding stress and anxiety.
