This course was well structured and very clearly presented. The various elements were covered in a way that didn’t patronise or browbeat me. I appreciated the film sections. The balloon analogy works up to a point but is literally stretched too far!
This course really opens up on what stress means and the different variations of stress and the mental impact it can have on people’s lives

It is useful to identify some stress signals which you avoid or ignore because of you have a lot to do or you deny that it can happen to you.Very useful training and tools to improve or knowledge regarding stress and anxiety.
