I find this course make you aware of certain challenges at work place can make you vulnerable, if one do nothing about it and talk about it, that could lead to staff Sickness, as part of team managing people, I will be more proactive to ensure we create good working relations and understand strengths and weakness, and resolve issues through positive dialogue.

This training was a nice length and visually engaging. I liked the variety of videos and examples used to explain concepts, such as 'humans are like balloons'. The test at the end was also an appropriate length and easy to answer after the content of the training. It was also a good reminder to pause/take regular breaks and know how to support colleagues.
The content is too detailed - things like having pet therapy, and videos of people exhibiting stress related behaviours or reactions don't actually add anything to the content. Ideally training content such as this should be 10 minutes or less in duration.
Good course . This gave a brief overview of the onset of stress to help recognise early signals and deal with it at the source . This will not only help myself but help me support struggling colleagues .
This training helps me know a lot about managing my stress than before.
Enjoyed listening and taking the test very informative
