Though we think about mental and physical stress levels at work, the course offers clear reminders of how to focus on self care and maintain a healthy work life balance. The course also offers engaging insight into the chemicals and chemical affects of stress and how how this can be avoided, in order to maintain a healthy balance at work.
Really enjoyed the training programme. Easy to follow and clear instructions. Good to have the additional resources linked to each chapter of the course.
This course gave some real direction in to helping with stress. Some simple techniques and guidance which sometimes are easy to overlook. Talking to someone always helps but controlling your breathing impacts any situation massively.
I thoroughly enjoyed doing this course. I related to much of the explanations which in turn has given me not only a greater understanding of stress awareness but has given me a clarification within myself for many of the reasons I've been feeling as I do lately.
Enjoyed doing the Course and found it very helpful and informative. I will try some of the suggestions when and if I feel stressed out !
