ok

They say that stress can cause cancer. This needs to be challanged and can also be interpreted as victim blaming. For further reading I suggest "Why Zebras dont get ulcers" and "behave" from Robert Sapolsky.

Crucial course about “stress awareness"

The presenter has a clear voice, neat and well-groomed appearance. I feel the black dress code made it simpler to incorporate the animations and video to explain how stress affects our health. The watercolor animations made it easier for anyone to identify with it and understand the content. I thought the example “that humans are like balloons” was a perfect analogy to explain how the amount of pressure makes us feel. The questions and problems raised made me understand how stress affects employees’ productivity and health. This course made me realize that if I notice a physical, emotional, or behavioral change I need to pause, identify and prioritize to prevent pressure from turning into stress. Another way to change my attitude is by incorporating basic self-care into my routine.I would highly recommend this course to others as it also provides guidance on where to find resources for further help.I would suggest as an example of stress relief the use of another hot drink instead of coffee, as caffeine can have a negative effect on people suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep. It would also be interesting to have a separate course dedicated to healthy eating.
