Thought, relevant, Interesting

Thought provoking even when covering fairly obvious subject matter. A useful reminder that we should be taking better care of ourselves and be more aware of the things that effect our overall wellbeing. Its surprising how easy it is to let stress rule you. A good course overall.

Clear, concise and to the point.

Would be better if you stopped adding the pass rate on the front of the certificate.....a pass is a pass and I have volunteers who think they are useless because they didn't achieve 100%. They compare their scores and this adds to their STRESS!! you do this with all training certificates and I feel that no other training organisation does this!! You talk about celebrating achievements in the workplace during your course, but you then take that celebration away from someone if they didn't achieve full marks in the test? Disappointing - otherwise you would have achieved 5 stars.

enjoyable, informative and clear

I really enjoyed this course. It was very clearly worded and I learnt quite a lot about identifying and managing stress. The little boat example was very good.

Very welcomed

This was an indepth learning course and very much appreciated as we all sometimes do not recognise stress and it comes in so many different ways. I liked the 4 Ds, DELETE No, DEFER not now, DELEGATE and DO. Also the PIP Pause, Identify and Prioritise.
