A very good experience!

I have enjoyed the training. It has been a very much a stop and start process for me, as I have no admin time built into my timetable unfortunately, so done mostly in my lunch break. It has been easy to stop, and restart when I can. Overall very happy.

Very useful information.

After completing the Stress exercise, I found this very useful for me, especially relating to my workplace. Due to my colleague leaving I have more pressure placed on myself to complete tasks. Learning to identify common stress signs has been informative and trying to find the right balance. PIP is a great tool to use for my work tasks. And learning about the 4 Ds has been interesting. The main points that I will take from this course is how to prevent stress, take time out and breathing is really great. I have the power to do something about the situation.

I really enjoyed the training. I watched all of the videos and I felt as if the gentleman was talking to me. I was stressed a couple of months ago and I’m a type of person who doesn’t like showing it. My family supported me a lot. So well done and thank you for the precious advice. Please keep it up !!!

Stress is a very bad illness to have if you can call it an illness I have had more than you can sat of stress and hopefully I can see what this course can bring for me hopefully the course can help
