Deals with the subject of stress in a positive manner, providing lots of advice and links to websites and organisations that can assist.
the course content is relevant and easy to follow
Far to much of this course was telling me what to do and not suggesting things that I should try. At points you go to great lengths to detail that everyone is affected by and deals with stress differently and then you go and tell me what to do rather that suggest solutions. While I don't disagree that what was in the course can be very useful to a majority of people, it is not a one size fits all and should be presented this way. It should be along the lines of 'many people find this useful' or 'an often useful stratergy is' rather than what is used in this course which is very much a 'do this' tone.

Video format is nice for training and easy to use. The step by step format works well. The PIP and DDDD is good advice. The stress analysis questionnaire results were eye-opening. Good graphics and poignant video footage of office worker with photocopier and also actor footage.
Good course, although I am already aware, it is a good reminder.
helpful on a difficult subject

A very interesting training module.
Simple and clear advice for everyday tips to look at stress and deal with it. The videos are a great way of setting the scene and marry well with the narration. A lot of the advice is quite obvious when you hear it but that is what makes it even more compeling.
