good course that stuck to basics
Perfect, entry level training course for all staff.
The course was very informative and helpful it was the best course I have done for a long time

The course gives a good general overview. Perhaps could give a bit more emphasis on drainage protection (types of drain) and land protection (protection of groundwater). What to do it there is a spill on open ground for example (will be harder to clean up). Could also mention SDSs and COSHH assessments.
I liked how didactic the presenter is. I would recommend this course to anyone who works in an environment likely to spill occur.

Having dealt with spills most of my working life (before spill kits were called that!). - and i know from reflex what to do, i found the course boring. However, for someone who has never dealt with spills then this course is spot on. i would like to point out though, if 'office staff' were to happen on a spill - i would bet everything i own on them coming and finding one of the engineers to deal with it!
