This was long enough to explain the dangers, how to avoid them and what to do if you do get a needle injury, a great refresher for me! 😊

Very clear delivery,although the sound quality isnt very good
The course was well and clearly presented and seemed to cover all points and most eventualities. Although it was mostly tailored to health professionals, it was useful to me in my current position. I am managing construction work on a block of flats in Plymouth where a few of the residents are obviously drug-takers and throw their used needles out of the windows. This means I have to do a check each morning before I can allow work to go ahead. Now I feel sufficiently confident to clear the needles myself rather than using a third (trained) party to perform the task.

A good refresher guide to working and handling sharps. Working with people with addictions everyday you can become a bit complacent about the dangers surrounding sharps. This was a good reminder to take them seriously.
