The course content really makes you think about what you say and how you say it. And although we live in an everchanging world, The older generation who have grown up with their family instilled values may struggle to adapt their approach after so many years of being polite and courteous as this can now also be mis-interpreted.
I found this course useful as I think I was quite a grey area for what is & isn't sexual harassment. It has helped to clarify all areas for myself.
