When I first started in construction it was called banter but now we all realise that words and actions can be harmful so this training was good it keeps us on our toes
The course addressed a wide spectrum of potential sexual harassment issues giving clear examples and understanding

Some fairly problematic, highly complex emotional concepts introduced as clearly black and white, for example what can be considered as 'wanted' vs 'unwanted'. General impersonal tone and lack of normal human sensitivity in the presenters. No information on what to do if accused of sexual harassment, especially unintentional (other than noting that this can be upsetting for the harasser), or if falsely accused entirely. Lack of appropriate trigger warnings. At least some acknowledgement that we're all human and make mistakes sometimes would be welcome. It felt like an airline safety demonstration - not the appropriate tone for dealing with human emotion.

Frustrating that this course has exactly the same content each year when we have to do the course again.
