We’re a customer-facing team, so it would have been helpful to cover harassment in a customer/service provider environment.
Useful information on the correct procedure to undertake should any of the unwanted attentions be causing anxiety etc.

The course is very well presented, being a video and audio really make the difference on positive learning, its gold standard and meets the needs of dyslexia as its not over loading with reading etc. Excellent course. Thank you
