it was a good course but a lot of it seemed to be quite common sense. Still i recognize this is a very important subject

training was easy to follow, explained well, the multiple different scenarios presented helped provide a clear understanding of each point.
The content was so basic and the questions could be correctly answered by a toddler. I have been a Trade Unionist for over 30 years - this has been one of the greatest wastes of time I have experienced.
During the training it says to say what you need to say and walk away from the abuser. In many cases you can't say what you need to say and confronting them is a bad idea and turning your back to them can increase the chances of them being physically violent and attacking you.
Another great course - one for every employee!
