What if one individual is jealous to other two colleague who are lovers and showing their affection to each other in appropriate manner. Can he demand to change their behaviour because it upsets him?

I was impressed that it covered most aspects of sexual harassment - from the informal approach to the formal support available and even the legal situation and penalties. Very thoughtful case studies - all of which many people will have experienced or witnessed.
