think its an important subject - might have helped with some real life examples

This is clerical support for employees

The need for back-up and support from work programs is bourn out with this type of in-work training because personnel are made aware that support is available, on all levels.

The onus is on the victim to confront

I was not a particular fan of this training. I felt there was a heavy emphasis on the victim to report rather than the harasser to be more aware of their behaviour. I think this could also have included a better sense of bystander behaviour. Frankly, I thought this was a poorly written course that was a waste of my time. It didn’t enhance my practice or really tell me anything

Short and concise

I found it a very useful course.

Clearly explained, good examples.

The concept was put over in a straightforward and calm way. The scenarios presented were a really helpful way of showing what was and was not harassment. An excellent course.

Well thought out, easy to understand.

Personally I find stress on the second syllable of "Harassment" irritating. It should be on the first. Don't do victim! Suggest some confidence building activities a victimised person could pursue, e.g. Toastmasters International; amateur theatre; martial arts courses. Perhaps you couldn't include this, but harassment at work might be the Universe's way of telling someone they are in the wrong job...
