This is one of the most concise and clear courses I've done via iHasco, and was easy to follow, informative and well produced

Good to know the full facts and procedures

Whilst the training was very good i did feel that it was directed at Male to Female 98% of the time and only a couple of times was it showing Female to Male. There was nothing in the videos about same sex conflict which in todays world is very important.

This course provided me with lots of helpful information and was presented in a way that was easy to understand and well ordered

Brief, so easy to complete without taking a huge chunk from the day, but very useful and informative.
