Thank you a good grounding

I found it very matter of fact with lots of relevant examples which makes me more confident in dealing with such matters as employee and Manager .

good

The training was well presented and delivered in an appropriate time frame. Minor parts of the content were not applicable to employees based outside of the UK.

Bit of a waste of my time

Understand that this may be necessary in some work environments, but certainly not ours. All the information provided is very obvious and is how we all respectfully behave anyway.Simply the test at the end is all that would be needed, if there is a genuine requirement to assess if employees are aware of how to behave as human beings.

One error within content

This was a good course and hopefully will raise awareness.I am a deaf adult working as the lead teacher of the deaf within the local authority. I was concerned regarding the advice on how to react to a deaf person making unwanted advances or behaving in a manner that makes someone uncomfortable. The advice is incorrect. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this with me.Robert.rattray@redbridge.gov.uk
