I learnt that sexual harassment can be intentional or unintentiona. However if it makes the person feel low in self confidence, finds themselves cutting themselves off from people this is a real cause for concern. it is all our responsibility to make sure that people feel safe, respected and valued in the work place
The training was very well explained, especially watching the videos, which gives one an insight into the practicality of sexual harassment. the summaries were also very good. having watched the video, if it ever happened to me I know exactly what to do.
Clear and concise and very clear. It was explained that sexual harassment can be shown in many ways and how we can deal with it. Even if we witness it - this can be traumatizing.it is not acceptable and we must consider going through the colleges policy on this.

Unable to run the course continuously, multiple clicks required between sections. This is both time-consuming and a distraction. Unable to turn the audio off and just read the information which is my preferred method of learning - more efficient in transfer of information and a better use of my time. Not entirely sure what the point of the test is. Using a primarily True/False format gives a very good chance of scoring >75% with minimal learning.
Easy to understand the difference between sex harassment and very close relationship between two people.
