The training is far too long and very wordy before taking the test.. Hard to keep focussed sitting and trying to listen. Lots of the information is not relevant to a school environment and our role. The test itself was too statistic based which in our job do not need to know. The training needs to be updated as it has been the same video.

The training hasn't changed from last year. The videos are full of facts that are not relevant to how to deal with children in school. They are general facts. The whole pace of the training is very slow and runs the risk of the participants switching off. The videos kept repeating themselves.

Some of the statistical questions in the test were difficult to remember but the important information about how to support children was very good.

This information is very important for all to know and understand.i think it is great that schools put this knowledge out there,

The course is easy to follow, but I am a visual learner and would have preferred to read the information instead of listening to the lady talk.
