A very detailed and comprehensive training course with short film clips to illustrate the practicalities. It set out a school's responsibilties clearly.

The information was clearly laid out, and well presented. There was also a transcript available, enabling me to both read and listen at the same time. Information was enough to feel competent but not overloaded.
A very informative training course with good clear steps on when to act on poorly controlled asthma conditions and when the steps to approach parents on obtaining further asthma intervention from a GP to enable their child to cope with asthma.

I do not think this would be sufficient to help staff cope with a child having an asthma attack - they are rather scary, though also frequently not treated as seriously as they should be. Unfortunately, I am lucky to have footage of a person having an attack in real life which I can show as I believe you really should be ready for the unexpected.
The course will be beneficial in the future as it provided valuable information on how to deal with the problems of asthma in the younger child.
