Very helpful - My only constructive criticism is that I would like to know the answer to the one question I got wrong! Once I finished the test, I couldn't remember what the question was.
The content was ordered in an excellent way and I appreciated the review at the end of each section. The presenter was clear and unaffected and didn’t get in the way of the content. However good the presenter, and she was good, I did wish for a change of voice sometimes. The graphics helped with concentration as the subject matter was important but not exhilarating.

This training was easy and straightforward to use. The clips made the training so much more interesting too. As we all know online training can sometimes been a a drawn out process with lots of reading but this made it much more relaxed. I also liked that you could keep popping back and forth to continue whenever you have a free hour.

I work in a Social Care setting (Independent Fostering Agency), would like to see a safer recruitment training not directed just on education but more generic. This did tick most boxes, however as I said too focussed on education .

This course was very thorough but customer friendly not using jargon or hard to understand terminology. The test was also thorough taking seriously this very important area of safeguarding.
