The course was fine and helped me refresh my knowledge. I would have liked to have had a different course to the one I originally completed. Possibly shorter and a focus on recruiting from abroad considering the current shortages being faced in education.

I like the mixture of spoken word and graphics. Good opportunities to revisit slides and review each stage.

Easy to pick up and put down depending on how busy your role is. I like that it is broken done into sections with little questions to test your knowledge throughout. The multiple choice test at the end is great for checking your learning and varied enough to cover all sections. Spelling and grammar errors throughout were a little annoying.
A useful course which covered in detail all areas regarding safer recruitment. I feel it would have benefited from additional section questions to aid retention.
Easy to access, completion can be self-managed as the system saves and returns, well presented in short, clearly defined sections, useful summary at the end of each session & the test at the end ensured information could be recalled.
