Having previously completed safer recruitment training with a different training centre, I have found this training very informative and it has broadened my previous knowledge of safer recruitment
Very well explained and executed.

The course enabled me to obtain a certificate but came nowhere my previous course which was a full day, face to face course based on the Lucy Faithful Foundation materials. This course lacked background information such as types of child abuse and case studies. Together with group activities and discussions an opportunity for greater insight into the personalities and activities of child abusers was lost. I therefore consider it to be more of a tick boxing exercise.
Good course
Thank you for a very useful, interactive and engaging training package that I believe will change practice for the better and in the long term. I have learned from this experience and enjoyed it. All materials were easy to access, relevant and helpful.
Concise, clear information presented in appropriate segments which followed a chronological order of process. Clear identification of legislative requirements. Clear, direct language which explained processes involved in a direct manner. Step-by-step process which allowed participants to build their knowledge with in-built regular learning checks. Effective downloadable one page document available which summarises clearly the 14 steps for Safer Recruitment, whilst allowing participants to identify Safer Recruitment is a continuous process.
Very well delivered. I liked the way the content was organised and that there was a brief summary at the end of each section. This gives you a chance to recap what you have just learned. The fact that it is online gives you the opportunity to cover the course at a time that fits around your work schedule, or can be done in your own time, rather than having to commit to a date/time that might turn out to be unsuitable but you are pressured into attending because you know you have to. I hope that makes sense.
Since I have absolutely nothing to do with recruitment, nor wish to, a complete waste of time.
the course explains everything in a clear and precise way and each section follows a logical order.
