It is a much better and updated programme than before. It is much more about the processes behind safer recruitment rather than the scenarios involved in the stages of appointments. I didn't get 100% which inspires me to look the information up again and understand why.

The course was easy to access and provided me with all the information needed to inform me about the safer recruitment process. The content of the course was relevant and delivered in an interesting and accessible format. I would recommend the course to other recruiters.
It touches on the main points on how best to be rebust in ensuring safety for the client group and even explain that even such practices may not be 100% which should and can lead to one being more aware of the dangers and mal-practices that could or may accur.
A very useful reminder of how important the recruitment and selection process is for schools and colleges in ensuring a safe and secure environment for children and vulnerable adults.
