An ideal training course for safer recruitment process!
The training itself was clear and easy to understand. However, I 'incorrectly' answered two questions because the phrasing of them / the possible answers were misleading. I could have articulated the answer readily.
The course was informative and straightforward to follow. I liked the short clips with different presenters rather than one long presentation.
Informed me about the important aspects of safer recruitment and how to put this into practice. Questions helped to recap knowledge at the end.
Seems to be a reasonable length course for such an important area of education.

Really useful for beginning the recruitment process in a school. Has everything needed to allow the recruitment process to move forward. To improve even further it might have been useful to have a specification/model document for adverts and policies?
The course explained the safer recruitment process very well. Went into detail certain things I was a little unsure about.
