This was a very clear, non-patronising course, going over basics, but not simplistic. It was a useful refresher but also included a few categories of abuse I had not previously considered. I liked the style of the presenters with helpful, but not stereotypical, use of photos and illustrations. Very good in summary.

A useful course, however some of the external links to the NSPCC were not working and stated 'site temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance' and I therefore could not gain any additional information whilst during the course.
Safeguarding training is usually very boring, which means its difficult to take in. This course was engaging and helpful because it was videos, alternated between people speaking and had various graphics/dramas which kept it a bit more interesting. This helped me take in the important information!

Very good training to give the staff more knowledge of safeguarding
The training is very useful and makes me more aware of the things that need to be 'looked out for', when teaching young people. It also reminds me of the correct procedures that need to be followed.
A useful process, easy to follow and a good reminder of the correct way to approach difficult issues. Than you.
