Content was clear and easy to understand which helped with the learning process
Good - very informative. Quizzes are good to help recall information. Transcript is useful. Bad - split up into too small sections. The <1min sections are particularly dire. No option to speed up video to make it easier to listen to.
Very informative, easy to follow and engaging training course. Chunking the content down helps to keep you focused and makes you watching. All the additional materials are easy to find and download. We use this training course for our tutors each year as a refresher.
I was reading subtitles and it took forever! Close to 100 minutes to complete. I lost the subtitles in one section and it got 'stuck' so I had to repeat two sections to clear it. Also, I got one question wrong. Having been a Child Protection Officer, I would take issue with the process described.

Safeguarding children training is a course I was reluctant to do but when I started I realized it was so beneficial not only to my career but also as a mother. It has opened my mind to most of the things that I did not know and I am so grateful. Thank you very much.
