Everything was explained clearly

Easier to listen to the course than read it, I prefer this way.

The speaker was very clear and the points made were easily understandable. It was a well put together presentation which covered all the necessary information and emphasised the most important points but without being too laboured. It is a very useful programme for all those who have contact with children.

I have enjoyed learning about safe guarding and I feel more confident, With a good understanding of how to deal with a situation if it ever arose.

Easy to follow and excellent refresher course to safeguarding. Video clips and reading material very clear and relevant and was easily fitted in around work and home life.

I thought this training programme was excellent. I found the fact I could have subtitles as well as watching the video extremely useful. It was comprehensive, clear and easy to understand. I enjoyed learning in this way and feel confident in my knowledge. Thank you.

Aimed at workers with younger children - would be useful to have something more re teenagers

learned a lot my sensitive lap top stopped me getting 100% even though I repeated it I made the same mistake, but it was really good. better than a lecture!
