Good training, though, to improve it. Look at the possibility of having different presenters present it. So you do not get a monotone voice throughout all of the different videos.Look at producing from what you have done a PDF booklet to keep as a reference guide which you could obtain at the end of the course.

This course used a range of presentation materials, and was packed full of useful information. I found it accessible and engaging.

This course was very informative and ideal for individuals that are new to working in this field. It was also an excellent tool to refresh and up-date current knowledge and expertise. Thank you.

The course covered all the essential information needed to understand child safe guarding, the procedures involved, who the local area bodies are governing child safe guarding procedures. The content was up to date on the new issues of safe guarding in regards to being aware of the risks or radicalisation amongst children. The use of legal definitions to understand what certain behaviours and situations mean, this was delivered clearly in the video presentations.The assessment could have included the use of case studies or 'what would you do ' situations, however I found the course useful and informative.

Particularly useful were the sections on FGM, cyber bullying, grooming and terrorism, all up to date abuses

Stop using child themed text and images - it's disturbing and unnecessary. The information was less useful and more difficult to read because of the mis-aligned random coloured words: it's not a friendly video on something child related with a light hearted tone, so stop trying to make it so by the inappropriate use use of these graphics.I felt the points were VERY laboured, bordering on the depressing. The script was read too slowly and with too much repetition. I don not ever want to watch this video again.
