on watching the videos of the training, I did my best to stay focus and understand what the video is trying to say, On the test I felt very nervous and worried about getting a question wrong but I stayed strong and give it everything I've got in order to pass the course. Doing this cause is very helpful. I feel more confident and It will develop my role.

I would recommend this training as it so easy to log on and use.

I think the course was good. The two exam questions I 'got wrong' could easily be at least one of the other answers. As with signs of abuse there are many forms and signs not just the one.Thanks, Diane
