Presenter's words are very clear, the graphics are excellent, the information is easy to follow and seems to cover everything.
One section I was not sure about was Sections 4 - Reporting, slide 6 of 8. Seems a bit contradictory when saying who should be told about the abuse. You tell the parents / carers then a couple of sections a long you check if you should tell the parents / carers.

This course was very in depth and easy to use. It was very user friendly ad got across a lot of information. It was set at a level I feel most people would be able to understand.
I thought the course was particularly good because of the subtitles. I prefer to read something rather than just listen so found this very helpful. Everything was explained well and it covered every aspect of what is required.
the programme was useful
