This course was informative and interesting and covered the subject matter in a clear and logical manner which encouraged watching and following the video clips. The clear synopsis with each section encapsulates the message. The end assessment is well balanced in checking that relevant information has been retained. Printing off a certificate is a nice touch. A good course.

A really user friendly course to follow and understand, with clear conscise instructions.

I thought this was for the most part a great course, but could have done with being split into a few more segments, especially the types of abuse which had lots and lots of information in a short space of time. Also the process of recording and reporting disclosures ran far too quickly through lots of information that was very important. I also would like to note that I felt some explanations of terms were misleading to the layman, and that the part on radicalization felt quite under-researched and a little overtly nationalist.
