Bite size sections makes it easy to follow. Very clear presenter. Visual images worked well with sound and text.
I was able to complete this course at my own pace and without too much difficulty. I did have some technical difficulty with the size of the video inserts until I learnt just to watch them at the size shown rather than continually making them full-screen. I liked the use of sub-titles and found them helpful. One area which did confuse me was in the report/record sections where it wasn't 100% clear what information was required about who/when/where the report was made. This maybe me not fully understanding the terminology and I guess it would become obvious if a real situation arose.
Explanation of safeguarding children is excellent. Easy to follow and understand.
