Informative and educational
It was an easy to access course which divided the content into a variety of sections. It focused very much on likely ways to identify children who have been abused or neglected and then how to report concerns. It possibly could have been improved with a section on guidance for good practice when with children and young people (i.e. if working alone or when a child is upset etc.).The lady in the video was very clear and easy to understand - though her style did get a little repetitive (perhaps two presenters would have kept my interest better). The questions at the end were useful - as was the option to retake the test and in so doing learn more.
the whole package was informative and well presented and made the whole process of obtaining a certificate enjoyable many thanks to all concerned

I think that this training course was informative, simple, clear and precise. I was able to refresh my knowledge regards to topics such as bullying, recording information and responding to safeguarding issues.
