Information was presented well with the audio slides and then written notes summarising their content. It was easy to navigate through the slides.
Relatively straightforward to follow the material although, it would have been useful to have a downloadable 'key facts and references' document for later reference. I would have preferred some method of stressing the absolute key essentials when progressing through the training.

A thorough look at the 4 R's. Clearly delivered and easy to understand with the main points well emphasised and repeated throughout. The main points were well represented in the test too. Well up to date with new information added since I last did the training in 2015.
Well structured course, good pace and mix of visuals to ensure this important and sensitive content is easily absorbed.
Very good, but a couple of the test questions were slightly ambiguous. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. Thank you.
