iT WAS A VERY GOOD, ENJOYABLE, WELL INFORMED COURSE.
A good course for people that are accessing this service for the first time. It is clear and has useful information.
A much improved version of the course
The tests could be completed very easily because the multiple choice distractors were so obviously amiss. The course content itself was fine.

I FOUND HAVING A PERSON SPEAKING THROUGH THE COURSE VERY HELPFUL, IT WAS LIKE HAVING A TUTOR HELPING YOU.ONLY ISSUE I HAS WAS THAT IT KEPT CRASHING AND SAYING "OOPS ERROR" WHICH MEANT I HAD TO TAKE THE TEST A FEW TIMES BEFORE I COULD ACTUALLY FINISH, I FOUND THIS VERY FRUSTRATING.
The system is not easy to use- I could not get out and have it confirmed that I had completed!
