A very simple process, completely convenient. I enjoyed the learning process. I was able to fit it in around work commitments which gave me total flexibility. I would definitely recommend you to anyone.

The start up page is not easy and you cannot make it into a full page on the computer. You have to ignore the prompt and press start which if I remember is underneath prompt page. Many fellow governor's cannot use this on their computers and this many be the problem. As the course goes I found it very informative and a great way of learning and understanding keeping children safe and the legal requirements.

Easy to follow and understand good video presentation.

Have done lots of safeguarding training, including DSP training. This course covers all the aspects staff need to know in a concise and easy to understand way. The test at the end gives quick feedback on a question by question basis giving confidence to proceed to the next question. Would recommend

I find this training is very useful especially with plenty of information to cover the topic, however it would be great if future British sign language user to interpret the words that said in the topic. I managed use the dictionary to double check some concise
