I found the course content just right and it was set to cover a lot and yet in a simple and straight forward manner. Having been a Child Protection practitioner for many years, I thought it gives the newbies all they need to know and yet refresh the experienced workers' knowledge.
Course contained all the relevant information and was provided in clear and concise way. Technology was user friendly.
There seems to be some contradictory information in the course - eg. speak to parents if you have a concern. Offer an opinion when reporting is inappropriate, only facts should be given. Also, bullying and cyber bullying are not separate - cyber bullying is a form of bullying not something different - all the risks concerned with that are the same as normal bullying

This was a well-produced, clear, and concise course that addresses a variety of concerns. I found it reassuring and thorough.
Good instructions, clear and concise. Some of the longer sessions didn't fully complete but this may have been due to my computer.
